At the end of 2022, Sinar Mas Plaza Shanghai designed and organized a large-scale art IP exhibition in order to attract the younger generation of Chinese consumers, popularise culture and art, making Sinar Mas Plaza Shanghai a trendy cultural base, in which the main character of the exhibition was the image of a cat named Nelda. I was honored to design the packaging for Nelda.

As the colour of the doll for sale is white, the entire design of the packaging adheres to a minimalist style, the pattern design using embossing techniques without any colour. As Nelda is the Greek word for sparkle, the design continues with the element of stars.
The bespoke typeface is also based on the cute character of Nelda's image. Creates a strong, energetic gesture.
